Lowlands Review: The Charm The Fury

Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes were supposed to fill this slot, but due to Frank Carter’s backpain, they unfortunately had to cancel last-minute. Fortunately, The Netherlands has some talent of their own.
Dutch metalcore act The Charm The Fury were kind enough to accept this hell of an opportunity.
They played the smallest tent but boy was that room packed.

The Charm The Fury are known for their charismatic frontwoman Caroline Westendorp. If she’s the charm or the fury in the band we have not yet decided, cause her screams are brutal. This band announced that they’ve been working on new material for a while now and are hoping to release new music this year.

The last few times I’ve seen them live they’ve already played some new songs. Where they used to be old-fashioned metalcore in their previous releases, the new music is slightly different. We can’t help but wonder what the next album will sound like. Hopefully details will follow soon!
