This summer, the legendary Avenged Sevenfold announced that their current drummer, Arin Ilejay, would be leaving the band. Ilejay began working with the band in 2011 as just a touring member, but in 2013 was given a full time position as the bands drummer. Now that he's left the band, naturally, fans began to speculate as to who the new drummer would be, as well as upload their own audition videos in an attempt to shoot to super-stardom as a member of their favourite band. Avenged have today released a statement that reveals they have found a new drummer, but his identity is being kept a secret for now. Their statement also says "We have been working with this person for over a year now to make sure it was a correct fit before making any sudden changes. When we have more to share we will be sure to do that."
