Just when I thought Panic! At The Disco's Brendon Urie couldn't get any more energetic throughout a performance, he did. On Friday's episode of the The Ellen DeGeneres Show (February 5th) the lead vocalist continually danced around the stage singing the band's hit single "Victorious" dressed in a red blazer and black skinny jeans.
The performance consisted of jumping, running up stairs, running in place, using multiple hand and body gestures, hitting multiple high notes and managing to squeeze in a backflip (doing almost all of them while singing.) I'm used to the backflip during their performances of "Miss Jackson," but never this one!
Even when Brendon wasn't singing, he refused to take a break as he continued to dance to the upbeat chorus of the song, which was followed by the backflip mentioned. One of my favorite parts had to be when he ran up the stairs through the crowd, still managing to dance up top and hop his way down the stairs.
Ending the performance, Brendon triumphantly sang the last words, "tonight we are victorious," as he held his fist up in the air like a champion. Think this sounds too good to be true? Check out the video below.
