Have you attended any concerts lately? Are you planning to go to any shows in the next few weeks? Because if so, we might be able to guess one of the gigs on your schedule and if not, we definitely have a recommendation for you: Irish singer/songwriter Bry has kicked off his first headline tour through Mainland Europe earlier this week with shows in France and Germany.
While most of his audience consists of fans who loved what they saw when witnessing him support Twenty One Pilots on the European leg of their Emotional Roadshow World Tour, there are also some people among the masses who have discovered Bry way earlier through his YouTube channel, where he posted his music prior to the release of his self-titled debut record back in November.
If you belong to neither of those groups of people, you should definitely get familiar with this lovely tall Irishman, because trust us, you are missing out! One of his strongest tracks, which you could almost consider essential by now with the amount of positive responses it has and continues to receive, is album opener “Disarm”.
Dealing with the experience of looking up to somebody for years and then meeting them and realizing they are completely different from your expectations, the song manages to stay light-hearted and has a really catchy rhythm, hence making it easy to get into it and ideal for live shows. When playing live, Bry usually closes his set with “Disarm” ending the night with everybody in the room up and jumping, which is quite an experience!
But that’s not all: there is a music video in the works for the track that will feature Evanna Lynch, who some of you may know from her role as Luna Lovegood in the Harry Potter movies.
So if you are going to any of the remaining Bry shows (you can view the entire list of tour dates HERE), you’re in for a great time and if you aren’t, there’s still the music video for you to look forward to!
Either way, do feel free to give “Disarm” a listen below!
